To provide, operate, and maintain the customs-preparation and document-processing features of the platform.

To generate AI-assisted classifications, duty estimates, and compliance flags that a licensed customs broker reviews.

To improve reliability, security, and the quality of the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Documents you upload are processed to extract structured trade data used in customs preparation.

Extraction currently supports digitally-native, text-based files (PDF, DOCX, XLSX). Vision OCR for scanned images is on our roadmap and is not yet available.

Extracted fields and AI output are presented for human review; a licensed customs broker confirms classifications before they are relied upon.

We apply access controls and per-tenant isolation so that your documents are available only to your organization and authorized personnel.

We retain account and document data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

You may request deletion of specific documents or your account data, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations that may apply to customs records.

Where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, some records may be retained for a longer period.

We use third-party service providers (sub-processors) to help deliver the platform, such as cloud hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers.

Sub-processors are engaged only where necessary and are expected to maintain appropriate security safeguards.

We use encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access controls, and tenant isolation to protect your data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are pursuing SOC 2 readiness. This is a work in progress and is not a current certification.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

We may process and store information in the United States and in other countries where our sub-processors operate.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.
