Licensed-broker accountability
The platform prepares customs entries and processes documents; it does not itself file or transmit anything to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Any filing with CBP is performed by a licensed U.S. customs broker who reviews the work and takes professional responsibility for it. AI-generated HTS classifications and duty estimates are preliminary recommendations that a licensed broker must confirm before they are relied upon.

AI accelerates the work, but a person always stays in control. Every AI-assisted classification, duty estimate, screening flag, and extracted document field is presented for human review. A licensed customs broker confirms the final classification and the substance of any filing. The tools are decision support, not a substitute for professional judgment.
